• How to communicate without fear or tension
• How to create teamwork and leadership
• How to listen beyond simply hearing
• Love who you are by being who you are

The Pre-Teen Training features personal growth, camaraderie, and the development of trust.

Learning to Trust

Trust is an essential part of our everyday lives. We cultivate trust as a key to strong personal development. Trust is attained through patience, caring, and thoughtfulness for each other. During the progression of this training, we hear students say, "yeah, I'll do that!", as opposed to their initial reaction of "no way". A major part of building personal confidence is to establish and develop trust.

Our Pre-Teen Training brings young people together through shared challenges. Our ultimate goal is awakening peer leadership, improving self esteem and self confidence, and cultivating trust and teamwork in each participant.
